Teniente does the same technicalities exist for a foreigner owning property in Baja with only a tourist visa:??

You should check with a Notario or a real estste attorney for clarification. Time shares come to mind......you could have an FMM and a fractional ownership since you are there for a short period of time........however I'm not sure how the new Immigration rules would apply to that or other real/personal property issues
