Marty becomes a tropical depression in the Pacific (AP)
 AP - Marty is weakening in the Pacific off the coast of Mexico and is now a tropical depression. The National Hurricane Center says the system's maximum sustained winds decreased to near 30 mph (45 kph) on Saturday. The storm is centered about 580 miles (930 kilometers) west of the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California peninsula. The system is moving west-northwest near 12 mph (19 kph). More... |
