A sad reality is that most, if not almost all such deviants such as this were themselves early victims of abuse, physical and/ or sexual. I'm reminded of that Jay Ward cartoon with the dog and the boy, who used their "way-back" machine to go back in history. Until we discover how to do that and prevent abuse, I'm going to have to agree with BajaGringo.

Thanks for that Marty. Although I'm not a fan of current TV animated shows, I always loved the stuff that Jay Ward did. Seems to me that the current crop of adult-oriented stuff (Family Guy for instance) fails to provide the comic irony. Seems like Jay Ward was ahead of his time.
