We have a green 5 speed manual 1997 original owner Ford Ranger extended cab Pickup for sale. $2500 US (or best offer) with 205,000 miles, new clutch (2007) and starter. Just had it smoged in San Diego July 2009 and passed just fine. It is just north of Rosarito and has been in the garage. We used it 3-4 times a year when we were down.

We will be in the area the week of Thanksgiving. If you are interested let me know soon as no internet while we are there. I give you phone # - you can text my us cell phone and I'll call you to set something up.

Is it a 4x4?

No, sorry - just a 4 banger. We are hoping our house sells soon so won't need it in Baja. Two drivers, 3 cars - plus we are not the off road types, more the go golfing and walk on the beach types.

I can drive it back to Sacramento after turkey day, but if someone needs it there, why drive 2 vehicles back? Californa registration expires 7/10.

Reminder - we will be in Baja, Sat. 11/21/09 if anyone is interested in the Ford Ranger. We are located in San Antonio Del Mar near Rosarito. I do not have web access while there, let me know here by Friday 2:00 pm.

I have a '97 Nissan basic pick-up, 4 speed...nothing special, not for sale. If I had a hundred of them I could sell all of them in Ensenada. Every time I drive to town, somebody asks me if I would like to sell it.
When you get down here, put it out in a safe place with a sign. The price is good and it should sell quickly.

You can sell it to anybody. It's not like you're opening a car lot. Just be careful of an exchange if they want to spend pesos and don't take a check.
If you paint the price on the window with white shoe polish, use the dollar amount. The dollar sign has two lines through the S. Pesos are indicated with one line.

Oh yeah...don't let anybody take it for a test drive. If they don't have California drivers license, you could easily lose the car to the police.

Thanks, Ron...........There's one more thing. The release form that is attached to the pink slip....fill that out and send it in immediatly. Make up the name and address of the buyer if you have to. Just get it out of your name.
