Hola amigos

Hi to all, I see familiar names already registered here and a few I didn't know. My name is Fernando Garcia, I live and presently am attempt to make a living in the beautiful city of Tijuana, Baja California. I've traveled the peninsula many times, at a very young age I started flying down Baja California with my dad as he worked as operations manager for Trans Mar de Cortes in Tijuana. I studied tourism business admin in La Paz, Baja California Sur. My grand parents walked in the early 1900's from El Triunfo BCS to Mexicali BC so my roots belong to both states. Y puedo contarles mas ;)

I don't go arround registering all over the internet on forums. In the late 90's as I was discovering this internet thing, I found a web site related to Baja California (Fred's) and it was fascinating, then came the Amigos board and presently I've posted on Baja Nomad. My handle used to be fernadetijuana but I changed it to fdt because I met a wonderful man thru the internet and he was the first one I met in person, we met for lunch at Cien Años in Tijuana and his handle was lorenzodebaja and he changed it to ldb.

I'll stop there. I'm looking forward to a long stay here.

Hi Ferna!

Great to see you here. For anyone who is not familar with Ferna, if you need ANY information or help around the Tijuana area, he is the one to contact.

Also, he is a living, walking history book with great stories, pictures, etc.
