We just changed some usergroup stuff to deal with that PM/email spammer, and we've currently got the "total attachment" limit set to 100MB. I think that may be a typo as you are currently about 2.5 times that.

You're the only one over, but a few others are getting close. I don't feel comfortable changing that setting until I talk to the Big Ayatollah

We lost our internet out here for a couple of days as the wind moved the dish and I wasn't in the mood to climb up there and mess with it in the weather.

Hope everybody made it through OK. We got hit with a LOT of wind and rain but came through with only a little moisture through some south side windows.

Let me catch up and see what is going on.

I'm trying not to freak out....TOO BADLY....during this prolonged waiting period!! I sure hope he got his solar or a generator in there before the storm....otherwise how would run the blender to make Cadillac margaritas? And a good supply of ice, of course!

Do ya think he'll be totally honest with us about how well his Boy Scout survival techniques worked?

I was a Boy Scout - 4 merit badges short of eagle scout. We moved and never got back into it - one thing I do regret.

And I think we survived quite well, thank you...

Ya know, I think I'm going to get a complex!!! I had a VERY DIFFICULT time this AM getting the 4-5 pics I posted to load as attachments & so I waited....PATIENTLY...for several hours & tried again....I'm starting to believe there is a ban on my user name for attachments! Is this a conspiracy?

It starts out saying it's loading & then it changes to waiting for TB. Marty, you got your tool belt on?

How big were the file sizes? We're set to 8MB max each right now(that's enormous)

Uhhhhhh....normal size! When several didn't work, I tried to attach just one & the same thing happened, so I'm thinking it's not me, since I clearly know how to attach them! Ya think I FORGOT how after the first 453?

Nope, those that you DO see are the ones I had a VERY DIFFICULT time getting attached this AM. The ones you DON'T see are the ones I attempted to attach for an hour or so just before I posted my conspiracy theory post. I suppose you're going to tell me the Mod's....'errrrr....I mean censors now have new screen-savers on their PC's? I'll try again.

Marty, it's STILL NOT attaching! It's been sitting at "Uploading File(s) - Please Wait" for approx 10 minutes.

Marty, attachment window finally went totally blank & "Done" appeared in the lower left corner of the window....but it LIED!!! I tried attaching just one & got the same results. I'm taking a bowl of rocky road ice cream & a book to bed! I know you'll have this resolved by morning!

I really don't know; maybe ask Gringo.

Maybe the size of the file is too large? What is the file format (bmp/png/jpg) and size in kb???

I already TOLD you the size....NORMAL....for me!!! Well if you're going to FORCE me to learn this crap....about 590KB. And since it a pic from me, that means it could only be .jpg. Zeeeeeeesh! Come on guys, ain't ya figured out yet I'm not too technically savvy when it comes to PCs?

What I DID wonder... MIGHT it have been possible that since yesterday was Sunday & Sunday is the heaviest use day with most not working & more using the internet, that possible my line speed was down to barely transmittable & that might have caused hiccups between my attaching & how fast TB wanted to load the info??? Be kind....like I said....I just play a PC guru for TV sitcoms!

It seems to be working okay this AM....so either you guys fixed something & won't admit it....or it was marginal line quality last night.
