I just read about and saw some pics of their dishes, which I am reposting here with permission.

Tuna Tataki with ponzu sauce and serrano slices


Nopal & Shrimp salad, cotija cheese and cilantro olive dressing


Venison tostadas with chiltepin chile salsa


Bone in beef tenderloin "Caesar", with garlic shrimp, caesar salad, and crispy potato tacos


Lamb tenderloin mignon, mushroom ragu, olive oil mashed potatoes, jamaica-mint reduction


Grilled escolar, saffron rice, creamed spinach, romesco sauce


Damiana creme brulee





The restaurant is located at 1130 Madero...next to Aramburos (the cow store, we call it: plastic cow on the roof/sign)...Closed on Mondays. Phone...612-123-2226...corner of Hidalgo y Madero

We have actually extended our trips to Cabo, staying overnight in La Paz so we could eat at Jesse's. Oh. OK. We do other things there, too. But Tres Virgenes is awesome.

Excellent pictures of food, a very hard one to get that shows in an appealing manner, also the presentation is just super.. is one allowed to ask questions of the chef

Would appear to be a real treat to to eat there..

Does one have to dress in any certain manner, and do you have to sit at attention

Can see why Tres Virgenes is so well thought of.. thank you very much

Last time we were there, I was wearing shorts and a tee shirt. Frankly, I felt a tad under-dressed. But, it's resort city, so casual works. Maybe a shirt with a collar!
