AP - Authorities say five of the six people killed in an Arizona bus crash were California residents, and all were Mexican citizens.

There is a certain, yet sad irony to note that the Van Nuys based Tierra Santa bus line had been previously cited three times, by Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, but continued to operate. Yet, congress has refused to expand the territory in which Mexican trucks may operate within the US. Maybe it's more about our shortcomings than theirs.
