I took taxis from Primo Tapia to Tijuana for 26 pesos yesterday. No problem. I'm sure there were no Cartel member hiding behing every bush. Just be vigilant and try to not stand out-
Get rid of those white Court Clasics and loud hawiian shirts. Stay out of Adalitas and if you must go dont whip out a wad of hundred dollar bilsl while smoking a Cohiba Cigar being loud drinking shots of Bambi
