Default Greetings

Hello everyone,

My wife and I have owed a home in San Felipe for over 6 years. We only visit there on long weekends - I still work (in AZ) but plan to retire soon. Just recently we drove from SF to Ensenada, just for a day trip and really liked it there. We are planning a couple of trips to San Quintin this summer to escape the summer heat.

We're looking for information about San Quintin and will be checking out lots when we are there. If anyone has info about what San Quintin is like I'd appreciate it... is there any nitelife there at all- music/ dancing?

bajablawndi!

I bet all the best parties will be at Ron's new house!

I'm sure he'll have plenty to say in a few days, but he's out of typing commission for a bit.

Welcome to the forum! As part of the southern contigent, can't help you much on SQ...although there is a rumor that has reached urban myth status that Cadillac Margaritas flow in the streets near there.

I can't wait for answers to the question, as I too am interested in the San Quintin Area. From the research I have done, I'd guess that there was not much, if any, night life around.

OMG!! I hate copycats!! Isn't ONE gimp on here enough? So how many finners did you manicure freeing up the ice-jam in the blender? Turn it OFF next time!

Don't tell me....the special of the day is Bloody Mary Cadillac Margaritas?

It really sucks being on the disabled list, huh?

There are a few clubs in San Quintin. The first night I met my wife, a friend took us to Hurachas, a club right on the highway. A hot August night in SQ, and the place was rockin'. Tomatoes and Beer was hoppin' that night as well. Ranchers, kids, gringos, loud music, and a lot of fun. One bar I remember, sorta, had kareoke! (sp)

Thanks, good to know. Our fist trip there will be in June and again in late July. We're not real party animals but like to have a good time.

Thanks again.
