AP - Mexican drug smugglers are increasingly peddling a form of ultra-potent heroin that sells for as little as $10 a bag and is so pure it can kill unsuspecting users instantly, sometimes before they even remove the syringe from their veins.

Appears operations in Afghanistan are showing success "Detailed report, with provincial and district level information and excellent production maps. Reports a 379% increase in poppy production in Oruzgan province over 2005-6" ..... heroin supply is now coming from Mexico rather than the previous sources of... Burma then to Afghanistan and now to Mexico's famous "Black Tar" ......

It's too bad we can't deal with the reasons for the demand

Not quite sure how this makes marketing sense but I approve of the end result. Coke and pot should be next.
