I found two interesting aspects. First, that there has been increasing cooperation across the border in the quest to apprehend fugitives. Second, although recently several high ranking Mexican officials involved with this program have been outed for aiding and abetting the drug cartels, the general feeling among US law enforcement is that they have still pleased to be able to obtain the the amount of information and cooperation they are getting.
