Default Save Video For Later Viewing Tip

I'd like to offer a suggestion to our members who may be interested in various videos available online; not just about Baja but any topic/activity you might think of.

Most sites such as YouTube don't offer you a link to download the video and save it.

There is a Firefox extension available that does just that(and a few other nifty things) called Download Helper.

It's puts a little gizmo on your toobar that lights up when it sees either a flash video(.flv) file(just about any video you see online is this format), or an mpeg4 playable with Apple's Quicktime/Windows Media Player(that's the [HQ18] file listed.)

You can then use FLV Player(or Quicktime/WMP) to watch those videos later.

I'm having a hard time adding a YouTube Link to a post. I tried putting the whole address between brackets. What am I doing wrong Marty?

Put just the alphanumeric code after the "=" sign, then click the youtube button and it'll do the brackets.

Like this; without the space.

Here's all the BB codes/formats.
