Bizarre clouds over the Sierra San Pedro Martir

Coming back down from a visit to the park about a week ago we saw this very large cloud over the sierra. Looked like a huge lenticular cloud formation....... or it was just hiding the big mothership

My first instinct was smoke rising on a windless day! Great shot!

It does look like smoke from a fire on the other side!

I stopped by Mike and Pamela's place early yesterday morning - they have a lot of things going on up there and it really is taking shape. Anybody who has the opportunity to go up and visit will be glad they did...
