Really scratching my head here, Wiley. 2nd amendment is so popular today among the gun advocates. Until the most recent incarnation of the Supremes, it was generally understood that the 2nd amendment was about providing for a militia being that there was no standing army. Not that every lazy and pathetic goobah should have a gun. Late blooming right wingers seem to advocate the right to harbor automatic weapons. Go figure.
