Problem is, he won't be kept locked up in Mexico longer than three years due to the law. Then he'll be extradited to the US.

Realistic scenario would be he would live with friends/or family in Logan Heights or similar, join a gang and be killed or in jail for life by age 25. Sounds cynical, but the phrase "he is ruined" is accurate. Tragedy.

Fact is that if he had committed such crimes in the US, it is unlikely they would try a 14 year old as an adult. Thus, he would likely be incarcerated until he hit 21 at most.

You've got to be kidding. He admitted to assisting in the decapitation of four people. Do you not think that would qualify the freaky kid to be tried as an adult?
They don't do that in Mexico or I believe they would.
The object now is to dispose of this monster kid. Not try to convince him of the error of his ways. There's not a medical professional in any system that's qualified to deal with this.

I don't disagree. But I can't seem to recall anyone tried for a capital crime as an adult under the age of 16.
