I have not tried to get on the line for ......... many days. I lose TV and internet for at least part of the day.... almost every day. Very discouraging.

I've been having some trouble with Road Runner as well.

When you call they read from a script, which really has only one line:

There was a region-wide outage about a week ago. We lost internet and phone for about 12 hours. They knew they had a major problem, because in the first few hours, the recorded greeting not only acknowledged a wide spread problem, but it also cautioned the caller to NOT reboot any equipment.
