Nice looking dog!

Big dogs love to chase rabbits and every morning/evening now I take our mutts out for an extended walk. We have so many rabbits out here that criss-cross each other trying to get away that the dogs get confused which one they are after!

Hey Winston, welcome to the barrio!! I'm not always crazy about newbies, but I do have great respect for a dog who know how to make himself comfortable.

This is my handsome Border Collie taking advantage of some rare winter sunshine. When I rescued him I named him "Loquito" to celebrate the other side of him.

Fair Warning to all sea gulls in the greater Rosarito area. He does have a little setter or spaniel in him.

The Canadian Geese are his favorite chase here. Most anyone who has lived in the Pacific Northwest for very long hates the geese anyway so running them off is always welcomed.

For those who may not be familiar with them, their feces is about the size of a small cow and is horribly toxic....not the dog...the geese.

Gotta love Baja mutts!

Got one for the kid when just a toddler.. they were pals for life.. the dog's name trouble, border collie and mcnab mix.. mother was border collie and the father mcnab... both were working dogs on ranches.. was working in Ag at the time .. we got pick of the litter ... my son picked the only one which had already gotten a name... "Trouble"... was an excellent dog, would die for the boy, while growing up.. and almost did a couple of times .... oh, the stories .... living out in the country.. 25 miles from town.. was a once in a life time experience and one I would not trade for anything... was hard through ... if ya need a 3/8" washer and didn't have one... long drive for things...

Dogs and Baja simply just go together naturally...
