Titanic in Baja?

Hello!

I'm new here and was hoping maybe someone could help me out please?

I'm trying to find out what props from the movie Titanic are still around and understand when the movie finished filming a lot of the sets and props were dumped in the old Rosarito landfill site owned by a Mr Fernando Gamboa?

Anyway I understand a lot of locals and crew from the movie salvaged stuff from the dump site and I was hoping maybe some people here might know one or two people they could point in my direction? Or maybe you know someone who worked on the movie?

I have heard stories of lots of props sold at local swap meets and others that are displayed in local curio shops. Your best bet is to spend a few days in the area and ask around - you will certainly find somebody who can help you - it seems like half the town worked on the movie set at one point in time...

Hi, I just wanted to renew my interest in this? I'm a buyer looking for a couple of specific items but interested to see what is still available? Anyone?

As I recall, several thousand items recovered from the Titanic off the ocean floor are going up for auction. Maybe this is your big chance???

Yeah, they selling the whole collection as one lot, not to be split and the winner has to keep the items on public display...
