Trip charge: Hourly Rate
Charges for travel time only apply when (a) Techs-on-Call must re-arrainge their schedule for an emergency service; (b) the location requires more than 1 hour in travel time; and (c) service is required during incliment weather such as snow or rain. Trip charges are billed at the standard hourly rate . For most customers, there will be no charges for travel.

These guys came out yesterday and installed my new Dish system with HD here on the beach. Nice guys and a good job!
