Actually I had a different take from the artists naming of the photo. In good taste I'll just keep that to myself...

That dress is called the "Juarez Gown" in the nuptual preparation trades. A stunning white chiffon with two or three hundred fresh bullet wounds seeping through the material. I doubt it will have the predicted effect:

" aim to change Americans perceptions of our neighbor to the south."

I do, however, like the clever wording in the statement, "aim to change."

Most artists I have come to know throughout my life live in their own private, made-up world of reality. But I still like to see what they come up with. That's what makes it entertaining...
