Greetings, the Baja Gringo invited me to join this forum. I just acquired some land from a Mexcan family that I am close to south of San Quintin;...and, I am familiar with all the pitfalls of this venture. I have hunted, fished and explored this area for a number of years and look forward to spending more time in Baja. I have a 5th wheel that I will park on the property and will use it to explore further south in the future.

Looking forward to making more friendships in this wonderful part of the world.

Via private messages I learned who the family is that Bob will be leasing from. I know them quite well and they are good people whose handshake alone is a deal that will be honored. And I know them well enough to be able to go and kick their butts in case they don't...
