Almost Rained

It rained HARD all around us... except not on us. Woke this morning to lightning filling the house with bright flashes. Cool storm, lots of lightning and thunder, but only enough rain to make a couple drops on the patio. This is what was left of it when the sun came up:

There was a BIG storm North of us, but I don't think it was THAT far North

It would be nice to get some rain and green it up a bit to keep the dust down when it's windy.

We have had soooo many days this summer with a heavy marine layer that it almost seems like it is raining. Haven't had to water any of the outdoor plants hardly at all this summer...

Yeah and you should hear those BIG FISH that are going around saying "you should see the size of that fisherman I got away from " ....
