I read another account yesterday as well that said they shouted profane orders for everyone to leave.

I'd say the headline is right on the edge of misleading, although certainly true in it's entirety. Sounds like arson was the primary objective and not mass murder.

I don't think these thugs have any qualms about the latter, however.
