It is really that simple ... if they® really want to do something... go to the "BANKS"... and like the man says ... "freeze it or seize it"...

Please ... how hard can that one be... HUH !!!

We might even get a good call from the Supreme Court too.. see where they just gave the "9th Circuit Court" a reality check ... via a couple of rulings ... which will hopefully continue...

We may have some interesting calls coming up over the next few years... which could really make the DIFFERENCE to many .... perhaps a new "bright line" .. on legal thinking ... in the 9th is one of many things needed... along with a few other District's... just saying...
