Is this true anyone ? There is a reason why I am putting my Pastry shop next door to the Federal Police building and offering any cop free Pastries and Coffee at anytime. It will be the price to work there i call it. Before the economy got bad here in Cali and really bad there in Baja was there this much crime then? Just asking. My friend Lorenzo has been there for a long time and tolled me it's always been there but not so much on to Gringos until after the economy hit everywhere. I guess that makes sence. I am just asking is all.
I really like the owners of Jardines, I sure hope they dont get a bad rap on this. SORRY !!, off Topic.

That article said one of the things they would be looking at is why the body had a ski mask on.

Think about it. Was that the victim's(who had a record of armed robbery and vehicle theft), or did somebody dress him up as a message to other delincuentes? Not unheard of.

Somewhere around here I've got a pic of two murder victims dressed in diapers; one with a pacifier stuck in his mouth.

Local (widely accepted) rumor has it that the victim was caught in the act of committing a crime and was shot. There is a lot of open land back behind Guillermo's and it makes for a very inviting spot to dump a body...
