Confused Gluten Free/Dairy Free

Hi:
My husband and I are looking at the Loreto area to retire in. I am very Gluten and Lactose intolerant. Are there any places that I can get Almond or Rice milk and gluten free foods. We will import them if need be and it is allowed. Thanks for any info.

In Loreto....HIGHLY unlikely....closest likely place would be La Paz....approx 4 hours away. Hang in there & edinnopolo just might wander by with his dos centavos.

LLiLP,
Thanks for that vote of confidence. However, I doubt very much that any of this stuff would be stocked anywhere in Loreto, or even Constitucion.
Only suggestion I can come up with is to check with Dali's on Benito Juarez. They do stock many items from the US and they may be able to help you. They are very accommodating.

I didn't expect it would be readily or steadily available in Loreto. Since you guys make regular stocking runs to La Paz, I knew you could either confirm my suspicions or make a liar outta me! Thanks for keeping me honest!

I don't recall seeing anything gluten free in Super Ley in Constitucion. Never looked for it though. Next shopping trip I'll check. Anyone know in Spanish what the label would say? Is Gluten...Gluten in Spanish?
