Not voting or submitting blank votes accomplishes nothing. It is looking more and more like Enrique Peña Nieto, the PRI candidate will be heading to Los Pinos...

I think I first heard that two years ago. There's no element of surprise left in elections.

The only doubt was if Lopez Obrador would split the vote enough to let the PAN candidate squeak out a win but it looks like Mexico is tired of fighting the seemingly endless war with the cartels...
