Hi, just joined, you have a nice Board, I am retired from the US Army, 65, married to a Mexican Lady and live in Ajijic 6 years, my wife has a brother in your area. It is getting a little hot here may be time to move on. We are looking to rent a beach house 2 bdrms, nothing fancy, also we have 1 dog.

Welcome to the forum prorader. What part of the Baja peninsula are you looking at?

I have never been there but from what I see Ensenada, I am in contact with cruz-international real estate, looking for a 2bdrm beach house plain jane

There's a bunch of places available here, and as Ron says, the PBBB does list some....sometime.

If you have any interest in the area, say so here and I'll give you a contact number of a lady who handles a lot of it.

sorry I answered someone else and you on the same post. As I stated in my first post, I have never been there but the person that I am talking to is talking about an area that is the 6 mile long beach?

I guess the area that I am looking to move to is the Ensenada Punta banda area. I am looking at a 2 bdrm house on the beach for $600.00 US?

My gut feeling from your comments is that you have a bunch of nasty crap going on in your life and need relief.

What is going on I was honest, I had a business conflict, it was taken care of by Mexican law, it was an experience that happened to me, you know buyer be aware type stuff, and DENNIS jumps on me, like I am some kind of O freak, Maybe I was wrong we in Mexico hide behind are walls.

Why would you say this to a new member who is just telling his story?
