When I can Buy a 1.75 liter bottle of fairly decent Tequila for $99 Pesos (I mean a non smooth tequila like a good cheap vodka ) that can get ya buzzzed with out a hangover the next day it just might be ok in a can. I bet they can sell it for a $1.50 and make a good profit. What I'd like to see is a good Margarita/tequila mix that you can poor over the rocks and taste as good as the stuff you get in a quality restaurant or bar.

Cabrito came out with a Tequila & Grapefruit juice in a can. Very refreshing and tasty drink. Comes in at 5.8%. Comes as a bonus when buying the ltr bottle.
