Checking Out Ensenads

I'll be visiting Ensenada next week for three days to explore possibilities. I'm looking to rent or buy a separate house or casita, preferably away from the city center, near the beach, in a relatively clean and quiet area. Any suggestions for best areas to check out? Also, does anyone know a skillful, reliable realtor in the area? Thanks!

You may want to look at the Punta Banda area for a rental or a casita for sale. Check this forum and ask your questions: .puntabandanewsletter-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

Deal directly with the property owner if you can.

Thanks for the recommendation re Punta Banda, I'll check it out. Re realtors, yes, I've been told they're not regulated, which is why I asked for a referral to a reputable one. Best to get a firsthand referral.
