Detours

What in the world was going on yesterday in TJ. Detours all over the place to get to border. Maybe a parade of some kind?????Its not a Holiday that I can think of.

Something was going down security wise. I ran into it too and based on the setup / people involved they were definitely looking for somebody. Based on the size of the operation it would probably be someone on the level of El Teo.

That or Michael Jackson's doctor made a run for the border...
