FYI - In case you have plans to travel north or south

San Quintin will be having its annual Dia de la Revolucion parade this year on November 20th. The main road through town (Hwy1) will be closed to through traffic from 8:00AM until around noon. Any alternate routes require taking unpaved roads so plan accordingly.

Of course, we welcome anyone getting caught in the traffic to stop by and enjoy a hot meal or cold drink.

No problem bajadoc. We'll be here your next time through. I wanted to let everybody know what day the parade would be this year because at times they move the day to accomodate weekend plans and other schedules and events. This year it will on November 20th.

Last I heard was that all of the towns along Hwy1 here in BC would be celebrating the holiday/parades on the same date...
