Default Baja Sushi anyone?

I don't have a recipe but our last trip to Todos Santos in May 2012 a friend made us homemade sushi from the fish caught that day, add cerveza and WOW!

If you love to fish and eat sushi then I strongly recommend you plan a stop on your next trip down the peninsula at Bahia Asuncion and spend a few days at the Blowhole B&B.

Here is a link to their facebook page: La Bufadora Inn

Juan gets rave reviews as a panga captain and Shari has become famous for her sushi. Plus they're very, very nice folks...

We stayed at Campo Sirena on our last trip and got to meet Shari, Juan and Stan, Really great people, it is our first long stop of the trip. Were really looking forward to seeing Shari and Juan again, wish we could see Stan one more time too but it appears the big guy upstairs needed a little help from him but we'll see him again someday.
Last time we were invited to a lobster feed, stiil one of the highlights of that trip. We are planning on fishing with Juan this time around so hopefeully we will get to enjoy some of Shari's Sushi. We'll post reports and pics.
