no, not really. I think it's likely the narco money chain goes all the way to the top and everyone just accepts it with a yawn. It has consumed the country and left it without a lot of options. It's not possible to clean it, it's not possible to stop it, and not enough Mexicans will even publicly protest it. 11 million protested with their feet and moved north..
