Default New Here

First Im glad to see another member I have conversed with from another site! In fact we live just a few miles from eachother here in Southern Cali!
I was initially looking at the PV tor Mazatlan area but realize I need to be practical, for numerous reasons, to limit my search from between Playa De Tijuana and not too far South of Rosarito. I plan to go on a "scouting" trip around March. I hope to befreind a 'guide', if you will, to help me out once I arrive.
Thank you in advance for having me here on your forum!!

She'd probably try to sell him that house, huh. And I think that is your community property after all.

Plenty of places in Rosarito for rent and lease/option before buying. I think the wine region would be interesting. Your place in Ensenada is a good spot to check Baja out from; perhaps a little too far south. You thinking of renting your house or waiting for a sale?

Congratulations!

Nothing beats just getting in your car and driving the areas that interest you. That will give you a much better feel for the areas and you will find the other 95% of the rental properties that aren't advertised online.

I suggest picking up a Telcel Plan Amigo (pay as you go) cell phone. They are cheap and will allow you to quickly jump on a property that interests you.

Can't rent it. I live in it. If push comes to shove, I have a good friend I'll give it to, but I'm nowhere near that now.

You could hold a raffle. OK- not all options are good options.

Come on down to Ensenada and experience a real town. Plenty of cultural and social events, shopping and medical services, not to mention great places to eat.

If you are looking for a "gringo enclaves"??? check out the Punta Banda communities.

Into quiet, open spaces, security and an affordable home???? look at the Baja Country Club: Baja Country Club | Baja México | Mexico Real Estate

Yeah, I know, a shameless plug..............
