FIEL?

Does anyone here know anything about the FIEL? I believe it is a Firma Electronica and has to do with registration at SAT/Hacienda.

My specific question: Do you have to do it once upon starting a business, registering, etc? Or does it need to be renewed after a given length of time?

Any help would be appreciated.

Firma Electronica Avanzada is something you do when registering with hacienda and there is a term for which it remains valid before it will need to be renewed. I believe that time period varies based on type and volume of business you are involved with. Here is a page which may help (it is in Spanish)
