ROSARITO BC 3 DE JULIO DE 2013 (AFN).- Una menor de edad, de 17 años, demandó penalmente al candidato a alcalde de Rosarito, por la Alianza “Unidos por Baja California”, Silvano Abarca Macklis, al que acusa de no reconocer a una bebé de tres meses que ambos tienen, ni de darle para su manutención.

Jazmín Gutiérrez Flores, dolida porque supuestamente la maltrataron cuando por última vez quiso reclamar sus derechos, dijo que decidió denunciar penalmente a quien ya fue alcalde de esa misma ciudad por el PAN, por los delitos de “estupro y los que resulten”, además de la manutención de la pequeña Jazmín.

Según la denunciante, empezaron a tener relaciones desde que ella tenía 16 años de edad y afirma que sostuvo “encuentros sexuales en repetidas ocasiones” con el también ex diputado, por lo que tuvieron a esta bebé que aún no ha sido registrada porque Abarca se niega a reconocerla.

Dijo que la última vez que se presentó ante él para exigirle sus derechos, el policía Raúl Paredes Esquer, comisionado en la seguridad del candidato, intentó subirla por la fuerza a uno de los vehículos “para evitar que el reclamo perjudicara la imagen de Silvano Abarca”.

May as well add the PRD to the mix. They've joined forces with PAN in an effort to defeat PRI.
