just brutal to keep reading stuff like this. Something has to give. I have no answers, but as someone who has been going back and forth from San Diego to Baja since the 70's, the state of affairs over the past 15-20 years or so has become untenable.

I have no answers, but as someone who has been going back and forth from San Diego to Baja since the 70's, the state of affairs over the past 15-20 years or so has become untenable.
