Since the release of the French female kidnapper there has been a large amount of criminals applying for release based on the same reason the judge released the kidnapper.
"The way they were arrested and the process which they went through is against their Human Rights"

Too bad the Judge who released that French Woman fell to Political Pressure as did the recent ruling for Raul Salinas "Political Pressure".

yeah, well- it's how it works down here. or doesn't work. They seem to not mind it enough to change it. The guy spent 20 years in jail- so he served longer than most people with connections.
