This news team was shooting video of squatters being evicted and their house torn down when the Tijuana police arrested the photographer.



Tijuana authorities were evicting some squatters and tearing down their homes. The municipal police attacked and then arrested a news photographer, which is recorded here on video. To his credit, Tijuana police chief Jesús Alberto Capella Ibarra investigated the incident and has suspended the officers involved and publicly apologized.
