Curtis Ziegler: Way too soon...

I just received word that my friend Curtis Ziegler passed away yesterday. Many of you know him online by Curt63. He was a great guy and we loved having him as a guest here in our home. So very tragic and we send our sincere condolences to his wife Aimee and family for their loss. I pray that God brings you peace and acceptance in time.

You will be surely missed amigo...

I just saw and visited with him couple of months ago. Rest in Peace Curt. I will have many memories of our Quad and fishing trips.

Curt really loved Baja and told me how much he enjoyed the time he spent down in Abreojos with you. He was way too young and full of life to go. Friends tell he had a massive heart attack. Being older than Curt with hypertension, it really serves as a harsh reminder how special and short life truly is.

We'll see each other one day again amigo. Save me a good spot...

He was just starting to think about property and considered retirement a ways off. One of those people who will never be forgotten. Never a ill word about anyone.

Ron, he told me what a wonderful time he had during his stay at your place last summer.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Curtis’ life has been planned for:

Emmanuel Faith Community Church
639 East Felicita Avenue
Escondido, CA 92025

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the ministry of your choice. Curtis was passionate about his family, friends and students. He was involved with the following ministries:

Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Emmanuel Faith Community Church High School Ministry

An Education Memorial Fund has been established for, Megan, Stephanie and Heidi at:
San Diego County Credit Union, 1600 Escondido Blvd. Escondido, CA 92025
