Default Sewing / Alterations?
Can anyone recommend a seamstress or person in the Rosarito area who does a good job of alterations? Nothing complicated. Specifically ---- cutting off and hemming jeans / pants.

Try one of the many upholstery shops if you can't find a sastrería / tailor.
