Default New Mulegeno

Hola. Moving to Mulege later this year, and have been kind of making it up as I go along. After a number of vacation visits, finally buying a little casita. So, very glad to find this forum. Probably lots of good advice here. Any geocachers in the forum? That and photography are my hobbies, and I've had a great time geocaching on my visits. Love Mulege -- seems to have the just right mix of nationals and expats that everyone is interested in making the communityj work for all of us.

Welcome to Talk Baja!

It sounds like you've done your due diligence and are ready for the work and excitement of a big move!

Congratulations!

It's always encouraging to see someone stepping out and pursuing their dreams. Too many of us dream and plan and scheme, and never get off the couch.

Win or loose you are ahead of the pack. Buena suerte!

You will certainly enjoy the opportunities for photography in the area. I look forward to seeing some images posted here.

Welcome!!

I hid some of the first geocaches in Baja, back in 2001. I think I was also the first to find the first Geocache hidden in Baja (by Tim Walker).

One of my geocaches is still 'active' (I think)... north of the L.A. Bay road at an old gold mine. It is a fun sport, and maybe someday I will resume it?
