Forget Gregorio Jimenez- he was just found dead.
El periodista mexicano Gregorio Jiménez de la Cruz, que había sido secuestrado por varios desconocidos el pasado miércoles, apareció hoy sin vida, informaron fuentes oficiales. El profesional, que vivía en el estado oriental de Veracruz, cubría información policial para los diarios Notisur y Liberal del Sur. El procurador de justicia (fiscal) de Veracruz, Amadeo Flores, indicó en una rueda de prensa que el cadáver del periodista fue hallado junto con los cuerpos de otras dos personas en fosas clandestinas en el municipio de Las Choapas. Really sad - we thought this was going to be another "shoot the messenger" event but it looks like now it was a personal feud with a woman paying 20,000 pesos to have him executed.
