Hello All......I have lived in Rosarito off and on for the past 25 years. The last move was in 2008-2011. After a couple of "home invasions" and all the crap going on with the "cops and robbers" (you figure who) decided to go back home to Chula Vista. Now I'm officially single and retired have bought a 34' 5th wheel and am looking towards Ensenada to live in my "camper". A local realtor has a lot in Chapultepec but something tells me to go further south. I know La Jolla beach camp is there and others but I'd really like to get into a larger space than an RV park has to offer. I also have a cargo trailer with my Yamaha 700 quad and my trusty Queensland Healer "Scooter" will be at my side. Anybody have any ideas? This rig is too big to be wandering around town looking for another nights stay so I'll have to scope everything out of course before hand. Probably late next month. It's great not having to do anything on time anymore. So thanks for all the info so far and perhaps I will meet some of you in the near future.....Dambikr

Welcome to the forum.
Nice thing about a 5th wheel is that you can set it down all over the peninsula and still have your truck to move around in. I suggest you just start exploring on your own, looking for secure areas to park yourself and get to know the area. Good luck!
