I realize that most people on here are in the northern part of Baja but should any of you be down La Paz way:

SPUELLAS Restaurant and Sports bar is having a Paella party this Sunday, May 3.
The Paella will be served promptly between at 2 and 2:30 PM.
Spuellas is open at noon.

Due to the nature of this dish Reservations are required.
Call or stop by to reserve seats for this special event by the close of business Friday May 2

The restaurant is located in El Centenario on the right a short distance from the curve in the road.

Spuelas Hours of Operation:
Tuesday to Thursday - Noon to 10:00 pm
Friday and Saturday - Noon to midnight LIVE MUSIC

When I visit Baja it's usually to the Todos Santos / Pescadero area, so this is good info to have. Granted, it won't do me much good for this Sunday, but offers some dining options to explore in La Paz during our next trip.
