I have been renting in tj near the beach for some time , I am back home in palm springs now and look forward to finding permenent housing in rosarito or the playas in the future, we are coming to the best weather in the coachilla valley in the next few months , I am retired and have a great place but I can see my move to the baja in the near future !!!
I love the summer weather the people and the night life!!!
I enjoy the beach and the healthier lifestyle that can be a part of ones life in the baja , I am waiting for the realestate market to return to normal to sale the ps place.
I am amazed at the price of small apartments in the baja , even some homes are realy affordable .Here's to the good life !!!
