Resurecting some old photos

Over the years I've posted a few photos "over there" but now on this board they can be new again

Very nifty fotos. The one with the road going through the dessert has great depth of field and palette of colors. Makes me want to be there.

That's one of my favorites too Dennis. It's taken from the junction of hwy 1 and the road that leads to Las Tres Virgenes Volcanos. It's sooo quiet it makes your ears ring. The volcano makes it's own weather- clouds, raging thunderstorms, sometimes calm without a wisp of wind and with binnies you can often see steam venting from the side of the mountain. You look down that road and can't help but wonder what archiological and geological wonders await. Wish there was a campground in the area- imagine the stars at night!

There are a lot of things happening in that foto. Scroll down to lose the foreground and see the pastel patterns in the far-off hillsides. It's wall-art by itself.

Muchas Gracias for the compliments. My problem is that my good to bad picture ratio is about 50/1. I have a 500 GB hard drive full of photos but only about 30 or 40 worth posting
