4.8-Magnitude Quake Reported In Baja California

February 1, 2010

ROSARITO, Mexico - A moderate earthquake has struck off the coast of Baja California but there are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

The National Geological Survey says the quake had a preliminary magnitude of 4.8.

It struck just before 6:20 a.m. Monday and was centered about 13 miles offshore of Rosarito in Mexico and 18 miles from Imperial Beach in California.

A dispatcher from the San Diego Sheriff's Department says the quake was felt in San Diego but there are no reports of damage or injuries.

We felt it in San Diego; had a sort of gentle, sideways rolling motion. Didn't last very long.

Yes, I felt it too.. Does this have anything to do with Soulpatch coming down here.. Do we need a sacrifice?

Concerned minds wand to know.. and let's hope we don't have to find a virgin.. You know how I hate PRESSURE
